Tasting seats, counter places, and daylight sittings are confirmed in person at the marble foyer before the room fills.
Salon desk
Felt Room places are held for dining guests first. Remaining seats are released as the evening settles.
Private house
Counter Nights, Felt After Service, and Gilded Mayfair Evening are planned with the events host at the house.

Visit 8 Grosvenor Passage, Mayfair, or write to guest@chefessalondon.com. Mention whether you wish for the tasting, the counter, the salon, or a private evening.
Kitchen: Tuesday to Sunday, 12:00–15:00 and 18:00–22:30. Salon from 19:30. The house is closed on Mondays. Identification confirming age 18 or over is required for dining-and-salon evenings.
